To set up Microsoft Office Outlook 365 automatically: 1. Open Microsoft Outlook 365. 2. Go to **Settings** \> **Accounts**. 3. Click the **Add account**. 4. Enter your email address, and click **Continue**.

5. Select IMAP as the email provider. Enter your password, use the recommended settings, and then click **Continue**.

6. Confirm syncing your IMAP account and wait for the setup to finish.

7. To add more mail accounts to Outlook 365, click **Add account**.
